added [media] BBcode

you'll notice a new 'media' button when posting now..
use it to embed videos (youtube, youtube playlists, vimeo, dailymotion, ustream, and linked webm, ogv and mp4 files), as well as audio (soundcloud, promodj, and linked oga, ogg, mp3, m4a files), even maps and panoramas from google and dermandar.
to embed, just enclose in [media] tags, like so:
to get crazy specific, include dimensions:
